We were in your establishment on Friday 4/17/09 to eat dinner and we
just wanted to say THANK YOU for a wonderful experience. From the greeter, to
the cashier, to the seater, to the wait staff, to the busboy, we were made to
feel valued. The atmosphere was very comfortable and clean. We had gone to
another restaurant (edited) the night before and it was terrible. The
food was also very yummy. I've had gastric bypass surgery and as a result I
don't eat very much so when I do I want it to be good. It's so rare that I enjoy
a meal and last night I did, so once again THANKS and next time we are in the
area we will make sure to stop in.

Let me preface by saying that I am a native of South Louisiana. I am
not easily impressed by food prepared outside of my own kitchen. My boss and
wife were in town from Texas. We had an Awesome meal. Not only were the portions
extraordinary, but so was the quality of food and the service. You are no
commercial tourist trap. You are the real deal!!!!! Great Experience. We will
totally recommend Steamboat Bill's.

WOW! I wish they delivered to Texas...if you are curious about the
food and hesitating, DON'T! This is by far the best food around, anywhere! We
drive 4 hours to get to the one in LA. AND it's worth every mile!

We were so surprised to hear of your Hendersonville, TN location since we live in TN.
